FRUIT OF PARADISE
This bar has been a long time favorite. It is a fruit flavored pectin jelly containing nuts, coconut, raisins and covered in the finest milk chocolate. It is packaged in a box that is printed using original artwork from the early 1900's.

OPERA BAR
The Opera Bar was developed by Startup's in 1895 and according to Ripley's Believe it or Not, was the first candy bar in America with a filling. The Opera Bar is a rich creamy chocolate, vanilla and strawberry fondant centre covered in the finest milk chocolate. The package was reproduced using some of the same methods and the original artwork from the 1895 version.
